Preventive Maintenance (PM) Agreements:

Service includes one preventive maintenance visit. Parts used during PM visit will receive a 10% discount. Repair-on-demand service subject to regular published labor, travel and parts rates.

Basic – Calibration/Certification
Preventive Maintenance with Calibration/Certification Agreements:

Service includes one preventive maintenance with calibration /certification visit. Includes documentation for NIST traceability of calibration. Parts used during PM visit will receive a 10% discount. Repair-on-demand service subject to regular published labor, travel and parts rates.

Total Care Silver
Preventive Maintenance with Calibration/Certification Agreements:

Service includes one preventive maintenance with calibration/certification visit. Includes documentation for NIST traceability of calibration. All spare parts (not including accessories and consumables) used during PM visit and, if deemed necessary, follow-up repair, included. Repair-on-demand service subject to regular published labor and travel rates, discounted by 10%.

Total Care Gold
Preventive Maintenance with Calibration/Certification Agreements:

Service includes one preventive maintenance with calibration/certification visit and two repair-on-demand calls per 12-month agreement period. Includes documentation for NIST traceability of calibration. All spare parts (not including accessories and consumables) used during PM visit included. Additional repair-on-demand service visits subject to regular published labor and travel rates, discounted by 10%.

Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification:

No service agreement shall be offered on any Brinkmann instrument whose original warranty period has expired; Brinkmann must perform a service evaluation of the instrument—and it must be deemed in proper working order—prior to Brinkmann entering into any binding service agreement. Services, except for calibration, and parts provided during service are warranted for 90 days. Unusual wear and tear of instruments, instrument damage caused by abuse (such as chemical spills) or cleaning problems, arising from use under unusual conditions are not covered by the service agreement or equipment warranty. Other restrictions may apply, read your agreement and all service quotes in their entirety for more information.
