Repair Service

Repair service can be provided both on-site at your facility or at one of Brinkmann's repair facilities. We offer a 24 hour phone response time to schedule a convient time for an on-site visit. Standard turnaround time for on-site or in-house repair is within 10 business days (subject to parts availabiltiy), not including shipping time.

Expedited or emergency service is also available: the turnaround time for expedited service through our repair facilities is 3 business days, not including shipping time; the turnaround time for on-site emergency service is within 48 hours. If the estimated response time cannot be met, a loaner unit may be provided when/where applicable.

Our manufacturer-trained service technicians perform all repair services, which include a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.
