798 with memory card for method storage

Metrohm® Titrino® Model 798

Ready to start

The memory card that is supplied with Titrino contains a large number of user methods so you can begin working immediately. Simply load your method and press «Start». Titrino can remind you to enter sample-critical data such as sample size and identification before it begins the titration. For more routine work, the keypad can be locked or detached—Titrino can then be operated via the three keys on the front panel. Nothing could be simpler!

The screen makes the difference

The large LCD on Titrino offers a live view of the titration curve. Monitoring of the titration curve in real time allows you to draw conclusions that in turn lead to rapid adjustment of the titration parameters—saving time and money. After the automatic evaluation of the data, the titration curve can be inspected using the cursor. Place the cursor at any point on the curve to obtain the corresponding volume and measured value. The results can be displayed in detail or in short form, and in small or large font. The user interface also takes advantage of the large LCD screen: menus fill the screen to simplify navigation and make individual parameters easy to find.

Complex analyses with ease

TIP stands for “Titration Procedure,” and it is one of the outstanding features of Titrino. It is a powerful tool that offers numerous possibilities for automating titration procedures. With TIP you can combine sequences of up to 30 steps, such as:

  • Methods
  • Pauses
  • Automatic stirrer control
  • Status conditions of two different lines of the “remote” interface for activating valves, pumps, heaters and other auxiliary devices
  • Messages or prompts with up to 16 characters
  • Preparation of dosing elements, e.g., rinsing of the tubing

Exchange Units for safe, rapid reagent exchange

Titration stands for all requirements:

  • 728 Magnetic Stirrer (shown here)
  • 727 Titration Stand with manual pump, e.g., for surfactant titrations
  • 703 Titration Stand adds reagent or aspirates spent solution at the press of a button

Multiple-line, backlit LCD screen for viewing curves and instrument dialog

Separate keypad for parameter settings; routine operation can be performed using the three keys on the front panel

Card slot for method storage
