809 Titrando with Touch Control and 804/802 Overhead Stirrer |
Metrohm®
Titrando® Family
What is Titrando?
Titrando is the central building block of a flexible titration system that, aside
from the titrator itself, includes dosing systems, stirrers and other accessories for communication
and automation. Titrando is powerful, intelligent and flexible—yet simple to use. Methods are
easy to program with the new Touch Control; menus are intuitive, and electronic alphanumeric keys
make for quick data entry. Dosing of the titrant and additional reagents is performed using either
Metrohm Exchange Units or Dosinos®. |
One-touch operation
Once the system is programmed, simply press the «Start» button to begin
operation. Titrando detects and alerts you to setup errors, and it can remind you to enter in vital
information such as sample size and identification before the titration begins. Data that is created
with Titrando can be stored internally on a data card or on a PC; alternatively, it can be transferred
directly to LAN—eliminating the need for a local PC.
Accuracy and precision
A titrator is only as good as the results it produces. You can be confident that Titrando
will give you accurate, precise results—always dependable, all the time:
- Titrants are dispensed with unparalleled resolution; for example, a 10 ml Exchange Unit has a
resolution of 0.5 µl
- Metrohm electrodes are in a class by themselves when it comes to reliability and ruggedness
- Electrode measuring inputs have a resolution of 0.001 pH, and they are galvanically separated
- Unique parameters give you control over even the most difficult analyses (e.g., titration curves
with shallow, hard-to-pick endpoints)
