The 846 Dosing Interface and the 800 Dosino^® turn basic and complex liquid handling operations into a simple, one-button operation. The 846 Dosing Interface is a control unit for up to four 800 Dosino dispensing systems; can easily expand existing Metrohm systems, as well as function as an independent system, for easy handling of any liquid handling task in the laboratory.

Thanks to the easy, unrestrictive programming of the Dosino systems elements, even the most complex liquid handling tasks in the 10 µl to 100 ml range can be performed with high accuracy and precision, over and over again.Advantages of automatic versus manual liquid handling

The 846 Dosing Interface can be controlled with an 840 Touch Control as an independent system or via a PC. PC control offers two possibilities, namely Metrohm tiamo™ or PC Control software. Whichever type of control you choose, both are FDA Regulation 21 CFR Part 11-compatible.

The 846 Dosing Interface is equipped with four Metrohm MSB ports for connection to 800 Dosinos, 805 Dosimats, stirrers and additional items. The MSB also enables the 846 dosing unit to be integrated with the newer Metrohm Titrando^® or Sample Processor systems.

Expandable options

Use the MSB ports to connect the 846 Dosino Interface to a balance and printer for easy data transfer and recording of GLP/GMP documentation.

With USB connections, up to three 846 Dosing Interfaces can be linked together with one Metrohm Touch Control for easy handling of up to 12 Dosinos, meeting both simple and advanced liquid handling needs.

tiamo software allows you to control 127 dosing interfaces, which translates into 508 dosing elements operated in parallel. Setups ranging from a single workstation or a pump to a fully automated dosing system can be configured without any restrictions.

The 846 Dosing Interface is USB-compatible and fits perfectly into existing Titrando and automation systems, which can thus be equipped with additional dosing elements.Let the Dosino work for you!
