AirClean® Systems Total exhaust enclosures

AirClean Systems total exhaust enclosures minimize potential operator exposure to harmful chemical fumes and vapors associated with rotary evaporator use. They connect to any lab HVAC (house vacuum) system via a 4-inch duct connection, located on top of the enclosure. They provide easy operator access to all necessary components of the rotary evaporator, including the condenser and vacuum controller as well as the evaporating and receiving flask.

Models are available in 32- and 38-inch width sizes to accommodate a wide range of evaporator condenser assemblies. A 4-door design allows for easy access to the enclosed rotary evaporator and also contains potential nuisance odors emitted from the evaporator.

AirClean Systems fume enclosures meet and/or exceed all relevant ANSI Z9.5 and OSHA standards for laboratory enclosures. They also are designed to provide operator protection from chemical fumes and vapors in accordance with published TLVs and TEL values set by the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH).
