LABOROTA 20 control safety with safety shield and glass panels is ideal for large-scale distillations where maximum protection is needed.

With any application, safety comes first. The LABOROTA 20 S control was designed for maximum safety and user protection. Its safety shield is constructed of a metal frame, and the safety glass completely covers the bath and evaporating flask, providing excellent protection against implosion and splashing. A safety sensor stops the rotation if the safety shield is opened during the distillation process, and the non-fogging safety glass provides clear, visible monitoring of the process in your evaporation flask.

Includes all standard LABOROTA 20 control features plus:

• Safety housing surrounds the receiving flasks with a metal frame and transparent high-impact PMMA shielding
• Easy access to receiving flasks with two locking doors
• High-impact PMMA door covers the entire condenser assembly and protects from implosion and breakage
• Choice of water bath for low-boiling solvents, bath (temperatures up to 100°C), or oil bath,* (temperatures up to 180°C), for high boiling point solvents and more demanding distillations
