Metrohm® 797 CVS Computrace for plating bath analysis

MVA-11

The MVA-11 is a manually operated analysis system for the determination of organic additives in plating solutions with CVS. The system consists of the 797 VA Computrace (comprises instrument, PC software version 1.0, rotating Pt disk electrode, Ag/AgCl reference electrode, Pt auxiliary electrode).

New! MVA-12

Semiautomatic 797 VA Computrace system for the comfortable determination of organic additives by CVS.

The MVA-12 is Metrohm’s recommended system for manual CVS analysis. A semiautomatic system, the MVA-12 offers simple operation with a minimum amount of user interaction. Three Metrohm 800 Dosinos® are used for the automatic addition of auxiliary solutions, such as VMS, intercept solution or standard solutions. The only manual operation in the determination of brighteners is the addition of the sample. In the suppressor determination, the dilution titration with plating bath sample is done automatically.

The MVA-12 consists of the 797 VA Computrace (comprises instrument, PC software version 1.0, rotating Pt disk electrode, Ag/AgCl reference electrode, Pt auxiliary electrode) and three Dosinos with 2 ml and 50 ml dosing units.

New! MVA-13

The MVA-13 is Metrohm’s top-of-the-line system for the fully automated determination of organic additives in electroplating solutions by CVS.

A series of up to 56 samples can be analyzed for their suppressor content in a sequential procedure. The maximum number of samples in brightener determination is 28. The option for the method recalibration during an automatic run of a series of samples guarantees the highest possible accuracy and flexibility.

The system includes the 797 VA Computrace (comprises instrument, PC software version 1.0, rotating Pt disk electrode, Ag/AgCl reference electrode, Pt auxiliary electrode) and three Dosinos (with 2 ml and 50 ml dosing units) for the automatic addition of auxiliary solutions, including VMS, standard and intercept solutions. The included Metrohm 838 Sample Processor and automatic rinsing system offer you a hands-off approach to CVS analysis with the whole sequence handled by the 797 VA Computrace software.
